What is the future of the law in the age of industrial revolution?

What kind of challenges should Uzbekistani lawyers be prepared for?

The program of the II International Legal Forum "Tashkent Law Spring" has been announced.

The main topic of the II International Legal Forum is “Law 4.0. The Vision
of Law in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.

The fourth industrial revolution is changing the world. Artificial intelligence, blockchain, nanotechnologies have been already transforming society.

Can robots replace lawyers and judges? What will the law look like in a few years? National and foreign experts, representatives of ministries and departments, and specialists will discuss these and other related issues at the Forum taking place on April 23-25, 2020 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The Forum organizer, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan,  has announced a preliminary business program of the International Legal Forum "Tashkent Law Spring".

The Forum program includes numerous discussion sessions concerning the new targets of legal professions in the age of fourth industrial revolution, legal technologies, state administration, corporate governance, securities market, alternative dispute resolution methods, arbitration, formation of civil society.

Furthermore, the Forum also focuses on legal aspects of information spreading in a digital environment (Fake News and Fake Evidence), combating corruption, antimonopoly regulation in global economic conditions, tax policy.

Last but not least, it is expected to have masterclasses by internationally famous law firms’ advocates.
