It is known that the law is the driving force of any state, the basis for the implementation of targeted reforms in various spheres of society. Each country has its own experience in the field of legal literacy, rule-making through the dissemination of legal information. Analysis, study and acquaintance with these experiences, in turn, will allow countries to apply the most effective and original mechanisms to the rule-making activities.
Ensuring transparency of public administration, providing information on the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities as one of the main directions of the Action Strategy for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 the introduction of modern forms of making is shown. In this regard, it is important to strengthen the active civil position of the population in this area, to ensure the cooperation of public authorities and administration, as well as international cooperation in order to further increase the legal culture and legal awareness in society.
In view of the above, one of the sessions of the II International Legal Forum "Tashkent Law Spring" is devoted to the analysis of problems in the field of dissemination of legal information and the study of development prospects. The following topical issues are planned to be discussed during the session:
– dissemination and use of legal information in the process of digitization of legal fields;
– effective mechanisms for the use of modern digital technologies in the activities of state bodies;
– modern mechanisms for providing universal access to state information services;
– dissemination of legal information, exchange of experience in this field and informing the international community about the ongoing reforms to strengthen cooperation with relevant organizations of foreign countries.

The session will be attended by representatives of reputable foreign organizations with extensive experience in the dissemination of legal information in the process of public administration and the digitalization of public services. In particular, representatives from the Scientific Center for Legal Information under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the National Center for Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus, the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Advocacy and Legal propaganda of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Center for Legislative Development and the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, Canada.
